Blackberry Banana Mint Smoothie
Makes 4 servings
1 cup Greek yogurt
3 cups soy milk (more or less if you like)
6 oz organic fresh blackberries
2 frozen bananas
3-4 tablespoons honey (more or less if you like)
1/4 cup flax seed meal (optional)
Fresh mint
Place mint leaves and 1 cup of soy milk in a blender and blend for 10 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve.
